Our system is KRC4 8.5.7 HF1 and KR 90 R3100 extra HA. I use Workvisual 5.0.10.
We have the option Profinet controller-device.
The KRC4 is a Profinet device of a Siemens S7 15000 plc, and is a Profinet controller of a Fronius welding station.
I should want to visualise the communication to and from the Fronius on an HMI connected to the Siemens plc.
For the inputs from the Fronius I can map the fieldbus inputs directly to fieldbus outputs towards the plc. It is possible in offline configuration in
Workvisual, and I suppose it wil also work online.
But for the outputs towards the Fronius, I don't see a solution to get them mapped directly or indirectly to fieldbus outputs towards the plc.
A KRC output cannot be mapped to several bus outputs.
Is there a way of solving this by IO-mapping, or will i need to copy in the submit interpreter the respective krc output to other krc outputs and map these to the bus outputs to the plc?

i have 5.0.10 open right now and quick check in fielbus config help shows that this is not possible.
but... is there any kind of controller (robot or PLC) that would allow that?

Well, there was the "Cross Conection" section of IOSYS.INI in the later KSS 5.x branches, but those had strict limits and I don't think I ever saw them used.
The ABB IRC5 has a nice setup where you can do this in the I/O config -- signals can be split, connected to multiple other signals, and even undergo boolean logic equations, all without any executable code. Functionally, it's not much different from copying signals in the SPS, except that it would keep working even if all the Tasks were halted.
