KR150 Counter Balance Pin removal tool

    could anyone point me where to get or rent/barrow a kuka counter balance pivot pin extractor?

    you did not share in what part of the world you are.

    one obvious choice is to contact your nearest Kuka.

    so Kuka doesn't sell the tool and gave me a quote for $7000 to replace counter balance. Anyone has a cheaper solution?

    pin extractor is just a sliding hammer. should be able to buy it or make one. but working with counterbalance can be dangerous and one need to know the process...

    Replacing spring loaded counter balance is more dangerous!
