Today I disabled E1 and E2, no error messages at the status bar, when tried to move any axis I get:

    “Active command inhabited”

Is this cause by the battery not fully charged or X11?

I going to leave it charging for a while for now ….

    Thx

    Hi all,

    Robot Arm: Kr200/2

    Controller: KRC2 8 Axes

    KSS VER.:5.6.6

From my previous post, the data inconsistency kept popping out due to wrong Robot model, I have swapped around to the correct KR200/2.

I cannot master E1andE2, there’s nothing attached to the axes(no motor), the E1 and E2 are for future purpose.

I would like to disable both E1 and E2, should I disable it under Machine.dat or under “Setup—->Service—>Axisconfigurator?

    The status bar messages:

-Safety circuit for drives not ready

    -Drives contactor off

    -Motor Temperature E1

    -Motor Temperature E2

    -Perform Mastering E1

    -Perform Mastering E2

    -Encoder cable Failure E1

    -Encoder cable Failure E2

    -Dynamic braking active

    Thx!

    Hi,

The Robot is a KR3, KSS 5.2.12HFS, encounering an infinity sign in fornt of both $machine and $Robcor:

Te robot data shown on screen:

    Robot Name: KR3

    Serial Number: 846533

    Runtime: 0.0

    Machine Data: #KR3 C3A FLR

    The Sticker on Robot:

    Type: R3

    S/N: 943533

    Date: 2001

    Draw. No.: 394024

    Weight: 53Kg

I know the Serial Number are different, can not remember if this came like this when purchased used.

Wil it cause any problem if I leave the infinity as is?

    Thanks Panic mode.

then you should replace MADA by deselecting Submit, and overwriting DAT files in KRC:\R1\MADA with ones for the robot you want to use. This should be on the D: of your robot.

that should also get rid of all messages mentioning E1 and E2

The KR150L150SP/2 do not have a KRC controller, just the robot itself, does overwriting from RDW works?

    Hi Everyone,

    I have a VKRC2 Controller :

    open attachment.

    Robot: KR200-2, open attachment.

    KSS version: 5.6.6

    X11 wiring (Stand alone-operation X11):

I ordered the controller specially made for my Kr200-2.

I had already solved the Black screen on Teach Pendent and "Accu-Voltage at PM1 below 22 during last buffering" issues,

Solution for black screen: Black screen KRC2

Solution for Accu-Voltage at PM1 below 22 during last buffering: replace 12v lead acid batteries.

The Robot name under Robot Data is KR200 2 TJH C2 FLR ZH02

I'm thinking of using this controller to test another robot first, Robot name : KR150L150SP/2, as I powered on the KRC2 controller I get the following message:

*Wrong Machine Data for this Robot Type

    *External Emergency Stop pressed

*Safety Circuit for drives not ready

    *Drives contactor off

    *Motor temperature E1

    *Motor temperature E2

    *Perform Masering A2

    *Perform Masering A3

    *Perform Masering E1

    *Perform Masering E2

    *Encoder Cable Failure E1

    *Encoder Cable Failure E2

    *Dynamic Breaking active

*Data of RDC and Hard disk inconsistance!, Check robot Data!

    Hi,

I have a grey Kuka KR150/200 C1, I replaced the counter balance to a better condition one but then I realized the model number is different to the original one, will this affect the movement of the Robot?

The orignal model number is as below:

The newer replacement of Counter Balance:

PS. Was going to attach the Archive file but wasn't able to(file too large?).

    Thanks,

    Thanks Sky.
yup is the mother board, spent more than 12 hours swapping C2 PC boxes and found 2 of the PC boxes out of 5 were not working.
Faulty MFC board can blow the fuse in DSE card, I had twice yesterday.

    thanks again.

    Only when I attempt motion.
Will map other KRC2's wiring tomorrow or swap MFC and PM1.
The following question is for another BMW KR210:
When blue screen appears after entering KSS what could be the issue?

    Thanks,
