Can someone help out with the two below problems wiring a KUKA X12 connector? I am using a Turck 8MN12Z-4N2-CS12 which consists of 8 5 pin connectors and a 12 pin M23 connector that needs to be wired to a KUKA X12 connector. 5 pin connectors 1-7 are all inputs(banner light sensors) and connector 8 is an output (Banner tower light). The two questions that I have are where do I connect the volt-(common) turk pin10(9) wire to the KUKA X12 connection? And how do I wire in the output for the Banner light tower to the X12 connection? Current pin config below.
X12 jumped locations:
Pin 17 to 1 ;$EXT_START
Pin 18 to 2 ;$CONF_MESS
Pin 19 to 3 ;$DRIVES_ON
Pin 20 to 4 ;SPARE
M23 to X12 connections:
Turk pin 1 to X12 pin 5 (input 1)
Turk pin 2 to X12 pin 6 (input 2)
Turk pin 3 to X12 pin 7 (input 3)
Turk pin 4 to X12 pin 8 (input 4)
Turk pin 5 to X12 pin 9 (input 5)
Turk pin 6 to X12 pin 10 (input 6)
Turk pin 7 to X12 pin 11 (input 7)
Turk pin 8 to X12 pin ?? (output
Turk pin 9/10 to X12 pin ?? (volt- / com) --- single wire
Turk pin 11 to X12 pin 50 (volt+)
Turk pin 12 to X12 pin 33 (ground)
I'm a bit over my head on this and any constructive help would be much appreciated.
