Hello Everyone, recently I am facing a problem regarding a Robot in our company from KUKA. We have a KUKA KR16-2 C2 robot in our company for welding purpose. Unfortunately, due to an unknown reason, I have lost my all archives, at the same time there is an 'X' mark on my all previous programs which was working well before but now they are no longer working. The error which I get is /R1/$ CONFIG: 1 compilation error. I'm using KRC V5.6.8. I also try to change the path location from KRCconfigurator but it doesn't work for me. I have attached the pictures below which may explain better about the current situation and errors. If anyone knows how to solve this problem or anyone have faced a similar problem before and found a way to fix it out so please share with me, will be very much thankful to you.

Can you do a file compare with your actual config.DAT and an older backup?
it is possible that the end of your config.DAT was lost during shut down of your controller.
note:
a small test you can do is add ENDDAT at the end of your config.DAT and hope your errors are gone.Kind regards,

Or bool btqm_kcpstatus = false is after block and enddat is missing
-
try to find this line in the config.dat file
bool btqm_kcpstatus = false
and
check this:
; bool btqm_kcpstatus = false

probably your HMI is not set to show DEF line and the line you added was declared below ENDDAT.
you can change what is displayed using menu, should be something like:Configure>Misc.>Editor>Def line
