...what? It's literally Right There. You have to unzip that file just to install WV. The /DOC directory only takes you one layer deeper. At that point, you just open the PDF for your language, and use Ctrl-F inside your reader. Or, you can point the Advanced search function of Adobe Reader at the directory, and search all the PDFs in that location for any occurrences of your search term. Also, opening the docs that came with that download is the best way to be sure you're getting the correct version.

Looks to me that you have two choices:
1. Contact KUKA, give them robot info and ask them to send you what you paid for.
2. Get it from the controller. Now what manual would that be in...? Who cares, not a problem for read-a-lotBut i would say that just reading a lot is wrong - it just introduces a lot of noise which still has to be processed.
Careful and targeted reading is way better. Perhaps pinned topic READ FIRST has some hidden meaning in it's name. -
As mentioned earlier...
Found the KOP file I was afterThis thread led me to look in the right place: https://www.robot-forum.com/robotforum/kuk…s-without-kops/
So no need for more action right now.
I read the thread linked above and saw that KOP files are in the D:\ drive on the KRC4, I then transferred the file to WoV on my laptop by USB
Had I been using the right version of the manual I would have read section '6.30.6 Loading an option package from a robot controller' and integrated KOP files to WoV over ethernet rather than USB.
