I an using a Roboflex Kuka for tube bending. It has predetermined icons to select from but I wanna know if I can manually create point to points in between each bend operation? I tried adding additional movements but the the program wanted to run ever PtP first before any of the bends I have thought about using variables or If/Then statements but wasn't sure if that was a waste of time or if a different movement command is what I need...any help is appreciated:)

It is not enough to.just insert new motion into a program, it need to be in correct place because sequence matters
-
How can I control the sequence better? I feel like when I place a movement after bend 3 before bend 4 that's when it should do that movement then continue through the program until movement say 10 when I have another movement placed in between? There are multiple movement types so some trump the sequence and others follow?

Insertion motions into existing program means that they will be processed in order from top to bottom - unless there are control structures like loops, branches etc. Also motion can be influenced by other things too (interrupt or RSI etc.). Can you show program sample? What exactly you need to accomplish?

He uses the option Roboflex which creates movements for bending tubes.
So without good knowledge of the workflow of the Roboflex package it is not possible to help.
