Define "go online". You can only open and edit one project at a time in the Configuring and Comissioning workspace. But the Programming and Diagnosis workspace can, I think, connect to multiple robots at once.
As Long as they are all in the same subnet without conflicts you can access any of them
@skyfire
yes i get that what you are saying..
actually i want to take archive of all the robot using workvisual through programming and diagnosis workspace ,for that i have set the ip of all the robots within a range..but workvisual is unable to scan all the robot at once...i am attaching a snipet for clearer picture of my issue
@panicmode
yes sir my ip is within the same subnet

Maybe all the robots are in the Roboteam, you can do this. At least my two robots can do this.
So, the Browse window is showing a "closed" fold for a cell. Have you tried opening that and seeing how many robots are inside?
Also, try pinging each robot's IP address from this computer, to confirm the network connection goes all the way through.
@skyfire
opening the fold shows the projects of the a single particular robot.
yes i tried pinging every individual IP ,it was ok.
In the bottom of the Browse window, there's a button with a magnifying glass. You can use this to manually enter the IP address of a robot you want to find. It's annoying, but if you do it once, WV usually remembers for the future.
tried..didnt work ...
here all the robots have the same cell name i.e. Cell WINDOWS-7A01COD ..is that can cause a conflict ??
and if so how to change the cell name
attaching image for reference..
please.... read "READ FIRST"
your comments are screenshots are just like "tunnel vision". need to see more...
when showing screenshots EXPAND target features (such as cell) so we can see EVERYTHING
this is done by clicking on (+) in the feature (cell, bus, ...)
maybe all robots are already there and you just did not expand the view.
also (just few tips):
saying "all robots are in the same subnet" is not convincing or constructive unless:
* network settings of all nodes is listed (both IP and Mask)
* connected interface of all nodes is listed (X67.1 or X66 or... )
* type of network is listed (all nodes connected to a non-managed ethernet switch using straight through cables)
you are trying to use "programming and diagnosis" but your screenshot show that you are using "Configuration and commissioning". this only allows you to connect one controller at a time.
you never mentioned KSS versions of all robots, if all of them have working project created in same WoV version etc. is your laptop using suitable WoV version? What version is that?
Are windows SID for all robots unique? You can you collect archives of all robots and see each SID inside AM.INI in the archive
hello panic mode,
apologies for the lack of data that i have shared but i m trying my best to provide an insight of what am having here..folllowing are some points :
---> On clicking expand (+),it only opens all the projects of that robot.
---> all robots are in range of 172.31.1.xxx with subnet mask 255.255.255.0
---> yes the cable used for the switch is straight type.
---> it was a wrong screen short, i m opeing it in programing and daignosis mode
---> the version of the KSS is mention in the screenshot clearly visible ,,,although it is kss 8.3.22.147
---> yes the WoV version is same i.e. work visual 4.0.xx
---> the sid is also unique
again i am attaching some screenshort for refernce...
i am having 8 robots in a zone, some the version of kss is 8.3.17 HF3 and some is 8.3.22.
i am trying to implement this on a single zone ,once successful i have to deploy this on about 100 robots at my facility..
you only show two SIDs, are ALL of them unique
yes every ID is unique ...
