Hi Guys,
I know nothing about robots however I have been sent an ASZ file which apparently contains a CAD layout drawing on and I need to open it.
What software can open or convert this file format into something I can view?
Thanks in advance
Matty

The .asz file format that I know is an old format used by KUKA WorkVisual.
In older versions, when You download a project from a controller, this project was saved inside Downloaded Projects folder with two formats: .asz and .wvs (the regular format WoV uses).
Did You tried to open this file in WorkVisual?
WorkVisual projects never contain CAD data, however.
Work visual is free software that can be downloaded from KUKA website.
WVS and ASZ Giles are work visual projects. They do not contain CAD data but may contain layouts of cell limits and workspaces
VPS Assembly Process Viewer made by Fujitsu also uses that format. If you've ever used Sketchup, it's kinda like that.
