Hi,
I have a Kuka KR60 with the KRC4 controller, the robot is new and i am having a few issues programming in I/O's.
We have had John from JC Automation come to our work and commision the robot for use which included integrating a turntable, spit roast and torch cleaner, all the work he has done has worked and can all be easily controlled by the KRC4
The problem i am having is calling the I/O's in to action in a programme format say i wanted to activate output 18 (Travel Lock bolt Up/Down) i have used commad line $OUT[18] = TRUE, but when i block select this and hit run nothing happens where as if i go into the actual I/O list and select output 18 and hit the value button the bolt lifts up then drops back down when i hit value again. Can anyone help me me by telling me what i am missing/doing wrong? I have been in contact with Mike from Kuka who told me about using $OUT[18] = TRUE but he is currently unavailable to help me furtherat the moment.
