Does anyone know if there is a system variable that limits the number of unit loads you can have stored or are able to run in a palletizing application? I have copied and pasted a current working UL and when I try to run the pasted version with minor box dimension changes it almost acts like everything is default i.e. positions of boxes ect. I have checked it against the original and it kept all that data but again is placing incorrectly as well as picking up the incorrect number of boxes and releasing the incorrect number of boxes. which led me to think there may be a max number of usable unit loads that I may be exceeding.

i'm not sure about the variable limit.
But does the teachpendant show the correct UL running? -
Well we have a customer that has over 50 unit loads. Only issue we ran into was memory. I thought you couldn't do a copy and paste? I seem to remember running into an issue like that where it looks like everything is good, but it runs weird.

yes the teachpendant shows the correct UL running. I guess I will delete the copied UL and rebuild it from scratch and see how it goes. Thank you!!

If the unit load was created in roboguide, the only dimension you can change is the box height. The length and width cannot be edited. Make sure to abort the robot before making any changes.
