all the green lights of the six drives are on, i.e they are in good mood, the green light of rectifier is on as well. but when i press the enabling switch on KCP the contactor on rectifier does not actuate.
the messages was like this:1-PM1 under 22 ( i checked with multimeter it was 27 v)
2-dse-rdw transmition error
3- an error about K1 (contactor, i do not recall preciously)
4- when i pressed coil of K1 manually it errors about ballast. -
don't look at LEDs on components inside cabinet when teachpendant is working.
is the robot connected to controller? -

yes, of course its connected -
hehe, it may be "of course" to you but you would be surprised how many times that fixed the issue...
but the RDW-DSE transmission error is telling that robot cannot talk to RDC (RDW). this communicaiton is important milestone to get robot operational.

its probably from that connection, i have not checked it yet, because all connection are as the same as it worked before, but when the robot stopped working the first thin i did i, changed the rectifier but it did not changed any thing,
i shall try that tommorow
