Hello,
Do you have any idea if it's possible to use two cameras: Sony XC56(analog) and Kowa Digital on same controller?
I have a multiplexer, but it's only for Kowa Digital cameras.
Thanks.
Connect two cameras to one R30iB Mate controller (one analog and one digital)

I think iRVision on Mate controller supports only one camera.
I don't know Kowa camera. You can have one camera controlled by Fanuc's iRVision and other one with integrated controller like SICK Inspector and connected to robot controller via Ethernet/IP.

I only want to use iRVision.
So I guess my choices are:
1. Use two Kowa digital cameras on a multiplexer connected to the controller.
2. Use a Sony XC56 and a Basler with Gige iRVision option.I don't think that you can use an analog camera and a digital camera on same multiplexer.

We have 2 Sony XC56 cameras hooked up to a R30iB Mate controller.
Why not just use 2 XC56 cameras instead of the Kowa?

The Sony cameras are going obsolete. Personally I would use 2 kowas. They have a higher resolution too.

Sony camera is for positioning the robot(the resolution is ok) and Kowa is used for flaw detection.
