Hi, Guys
It's possible to make the calibration in a robot by a command from PLC or HMI or also a by FlexPendant HMI?
Anyone is experienced with this?
Thanks!

That makes absolutely no sense.
You have to move to the position manually, check it double and then update the counters. Why should the last step be possible by PLC?
If you're asking if the robot can be made to move to calibration by the PLC, then yes. If this is what you're asking, I'm sure we can help you figure it out.
Do you want to move the robot via PLC, or do you want to update the rev counters where robot currently sits? We occasionally drive the robot to a Zero position before working on it (SMB in particular). If it loses rev counters, robot can be retaught without driving it. I've never done rev counter update via PLC, though...
SharplesR, exactly. But I have no idea how to do.
Iowan. Do you have some experience in that?
We tried to edit the .cfg files (most specifically, the MOC.cfg), but did not work as expected.
Thanks
I'm not sure why you would be in the MOC.cfg. Please explain further what you are trying to do? I had thought that you wanted the PLC to call up a program that would cause the robot to move to all zeros on the axes. If this is what you want, then you just need to execute a MoveAbsJ to all zeros...
But the fact that you're editing the MOC files makes me think that you're trying to do something else?
If this is what you want, then you just need to execute a MoveAbsJ to all zeros...
Here is what we use:
PROC ZERO()
MoveAbsJ [[0,0,0,0,0,0],[9E+09,9E+09,9E+09,9E+09,9E+09,9E+09]]\NoEOffs,v200,fine,tool0;
ENDPROC
We normally execute the program manually - though I suspect it could be connected to a programmable key.
