Hello
Can someone help me please with some issues regarding configuration on ProfiSafe. I got the errors from photo? Do I have to wire something for X48? Can someone help me with some steps to configure the Profisafe. I have read the documentations and checked 2 bytes inputs and 2 bytes outputs for safety.
Do I have to do something with checksum or safety ID on safety maintenance?.
The controller has the connector X13, do I have to jump something?
KRC 4 and KSS 8.3.29
Thank you!

there has to be ONE (and ONLY one) safety interface:

a) X11 (basic safety only)
b) X11 + X13 (basic safety + safeOperation)
c) ProfiSafe (basic safety OR.... basic safety + safeOperation)
d) Cip Safety (basic safety OR.... basic safety + safeOperation)
e) FSoE(basic safety OR.... basic safety + safeOperation)

Network safety interfaces (c,d,e) require 8byte IN and 8byte OUT for safety (CIP safety - and ONLY cip safety, permits optional 2byte in and 2 byte out IF no safe operation is used).

Network safety interfaces (c,d,e) also require:
* X311 jumper plug on CCU and
* NO network connection CCU to SION-SIB (can be installed but cannot be connected)
* Safety PLC (without Safety PLC you can only use StartUp mode)

1) read pinned topic: READ FIRST...

2) if you have an issue with robot, post question in the correct forum section... do NOT contact me directly

3) read 1 and 2
