Hi guys, new here. I am currently working on a KR-16 robot with a KRC 4 pendant. I just received a KSS26097 error "No valid motor temp received from RDC (4)". I have never seen this before, but then again I am somewhat inexperienced and learning as I go. I checked the motor cabling/connections and did not see anything with that. Motors did not feel warm either. I had to power cycle the robot to clear the error. When it came back up the error was gone. I ran a test cycle and no issue so returned it to production.
Is there a way to monitor the motor temps on the Pendant? Anything else I need to check for this error?
