Can KR C4 contorler have 2 "separated" PN networks configured?
for example: one PN network for I/O's for Gripper control and one for PLC communication
2 Profinet Networks on one KR C4 ?

no, there is only one network setup for all profinet comms and therefore all profinet connections must be in the same subnet.
but you CAN have multiple connections within that network. capabilities depend on used version. if you want robot to be profinet controller (for example to control gripper directly, without passing data through PLC) you will need the more expensive version (controller/device). cheaper version is just slave (device). -
Thank you very much for your reply !
So if I got this right, If there is only one network setup for all in both cases (with profinet device and controler/device) KRC4 and profinet I/O module that is connected to KRC4 cabinet have to be added as hardware and configured in Siemens software?

there are different possible cases:
a) PLC is master/controller, KRC is slave/device, in this case KRC is just acting as a device (not as controller) so any ProfiNet edition will work - ProfiNet_DEVICE ($) or ProfiNet_Controller/Device ($$)
b) PLC is master/controller to KRC, KRC is slave/device to PLC but at the same time acts as master for gripper. In this case your KRC is also acting as Controller, KRC needs ProfiNet_Controller/Device ($$)

c) PLC is device and KRC is controller/master both for PLC and for gripper. KRC needs ProfiNet_Controller/Device ($$)d) ...
