As say on the older posts:
    https://www.robot-forum.com/robotforum/kuk…56537/#msg56537

    https://www.robot-forum.com/robotforum/kuk…75103/#msg75103

I do swapping for KSD , KPS , MFC , and the problem stills i think that the problems is cables bus KSD , from 1 side i have conector shielded Rj45 o pins , no problem to get this
but , from the other side i have a connector 6 pins , here on Mexico i can not get this , maybe on Alibaba.com, maybe using cable UTP categry 5

Im Glad to hear you advies , experiences about built my own Bus KSD cables

    Thanks

    6 pin is called RJ-25
You can get this online in many places.

    Hello Rob,

I checked it on one of our krc2 controllers.

Its a normal cat5e cable, so you can make them yourself.
Just make sure you got the color coding right on both sides
There is nothing "special" about this cable.
Use the proper tools and it will be fine.

    Hello Rick,

I afraid to something happens , because a kuka Guy service told me that the cables was very special and difficult to made my own cables , for the special shielding , i look and just its a connector shielded.

    Well ... i try

    Thanks

Only care which you require is to take care about its shielding. use special shielding connectors (RJ45 and RJ20).
If something goes wrong with the cable(except shortage) then nothing wrong will happen and system will not work.

In my understandings, only critical thing is its proper shielding.
