I need to make or buy a pig tailed cable but haven't found anything via google. Robotworx wants $800 which is much more than my customer wants to pay. Anyone?

FYI Fanuc charges about $450 for just the solder type metal connector for a mate. the plastic one for full size robots is more like $40

That's great but can you provide a part number or source?

NO luck finding the part number but, Fanuc supplies one with the robot. It comes in the box with the teach pendant.
I think this is the Spec
    Amphenol M23 12 Pin male

This lrmate is reconditioned from robotworx and they don't supply one with the pendant. Thanks for looking.

This bot was refurbished by Robotwrox. A call to Fanuc and they redirected me to Robotworx. Hence, the price I got in my opening statement.

We have this in stock with 2 meters pig tail.
    It's used on M410 and R2000, looks like a 24 pins

you need to get the place that sold it to you to relicense it to the end user.
Fanuc will sell no parts or supply any service until this is done.
when I sell a used bot, I do.... Just saying.
you can do it yourself at Fanuc, but it is not free.
I have found no cross match for the LR Mate EE connector
dmbj has the correct part number above

    Oh, well

    Nice work.

Here is where you can buy the hirose connector:

    https://www.digikey.com/product-detail…2191-ND/1473392
    or
    https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/…v83U8E9WQ%3d%3d

$65 is a bit cheaper than the $450 quoted earlier in the thread.

Check out the Fanuc position converter I wrote here! Now open source!

Check out my example Fanuc Ethernet/IP Explicit Messaging program here!

Thanks for this information. I needed one of these connectors for a Fanuc SCARA robot.

The Hirose part number RM15WTLP-12P(71) appears to be discontinued now.

    The replacement number is RM15WTLP-12P(31)

More information can be found on the Hirose website:

    https://www.hirose.com/en/product/p/CL0109-0997-9-71

They are out of stock at Digi-Key, but show stock at Newark and Mouser.

Here is a link for the connector at Newark. Price is $68.08
