Hallo
We Have a IRB 2400 with a S4 controller with a 37072 error. Is this the battery in the back of the robot or inside the controller an how do you replace it? The pendant also shows no program to show and no program loaded?
Thank you

Hello Firsteverything,
Yes, there is battery pack near inside the manipulator, Please follow your SMB cable (back of manipulator for IRB 2400; I guess) So you can find battery pack to replace (if drained). And There is battery pack inside the controller as well. Please check the maintenance manual for your controller model and Manipulator type.
Well, If you don't have programs then either you need to create New or load program (if you have one).
Besides a big Ni-Cad battery pack in the base of the robot, my S4's had two D-cells in the bottom right corner of the swing-out.
Sometimes the robots just get testy about showing a program when they have a(nother) problem. I've had robots (usually S4C/+) show the "no program or program not loaded" message, but then display current program when going back to Auto. Going back to Manual then showed the program. Sometimes it took a few tries and waiting a bit.
