Halo we have a robot with a 50021 error, then I installed a backup. After installing the backup we got a 50055 error. I did reduce the speed on the robot but it did not help. What can cause the error can it be a gearbox?

I am getting this error now in the pic and I have tested the +15v -15 on the power supply and traced the circuit but I would like to know does anyone have a diagram for the rest of the 15v circuit. When I restart the robot it works then about 3 hours later gives the same error again.
Thank you

Halo I did test the batteries they are 3.6V and 3.7 if I switch the controller off it returns to the two pics below. We did have a power dip last night with 5 robots on this side of the factory but this was the only one I had to install the system again.

Morning here is a pic of the pendant, you cant access anything.
-
Morning every second week.
-
It is a S4c with IRB 1400.
-
The machine the robot works with is not used, so the robot is standing in home position with the key in manual mode. I know the robot has this problem and when I check on it sometimes it is fine sometimes the system is gone then I have to load key disk and the boot disks restore a backup and update revolution counters

Halo
Here is a photo of the computer unit we havent had problems until today
-
It could be power supply inside the computer unit itself. Which computer unit does the controller have?

Halo
We have something similar where the pressure of the grinding tool is controlled by a cylinder connected to a variable valve and that is controlled by a analog output card and the same for the speed of the grinder. If you have to run the robot slow you can decrease the speed of the grinder or the other way around. Everything is not standard ABB the cards are Beckhoff.

Halo
We had 2 system failures on a IRB 1400, after I do a b-start the robot runs again and under the logs the only error I can find is a low voltage error. Can this be the cause? We did replace the power supply and the backup battery bank that plugs
into it.

I don't know the whole setup but if you could keep it simple with a single solenoid spring return valve using 1 output.
Then you will have for example
Move L p1 v300 z5
Set Do 10( For your gripper to open)
Move L p2 v300 z5
Reset Do 10( For the gripper to close)

Halo
We have a irb 2400 with a s4c+ controller and the robot has to give a end position or waiting position output signal to a machine before it will move. Sometimes the robot doesnt give the signal and you have to simulate the output and then the error on the machine will go away then you can turn it. -
Why will a robot loose its rapid program can it be a battery, but once I restored a backup its fine. This is on a s4c+ controller.
Thank you -
Is there a way I can manually measure the tcp from the base of the robot and enter the values manually.
