There's an O ring in there that's prone to degrading......pretty sure the wrist assembly requires removing to access it.

Have you done the maintenance recently for that robot? I dont think that is grease leakage because JT5 is controlled with the belt. I think that it might be friction from the belt. Please find the plate from the robot, it might be somewhere mounted on JT1 or JT2, somewhere at the base of the robot.

its not for belt.

below of the belt has leakage.

Only grease in current Kawasaki arms - where is the grease coming from?

I have a oil leakage problem in my robot

i have a M2000 controller, when i turn the controller on

status LED in CPU board blinking (green) and in teach pendant

number start to count.

i changed teach pendant and also i changed flash drive

but i still have this problem,

also i tried to install new base ware then i deleted every tings in flash

drive but i did not have any message about "please put key disk..."

do you have any suggestion?

it was working very well. today when i wanted to start it in automatic mode it dose not work.

i turn it off and turn it on again and after that i have this problem.

yes i unplugged and plugged smart pad but still i have that problem.

i change mode op key to T1 and restart robot but nothing. and also i checked it in T2 and auto and EXT mod.

when ever i changed mode i restart robot.

and also i deselected robot and select it again and nothing change.

do you have any other suggestion?

i don't have a monitor with DVI cable today. i have to prepare for tomorrow.

i will check and tell you.

It was for central retaining washer.

we have two z series robots.
one of them fall in a problem.
the problem was :
(E1034) Encoder initialize error Jt 1)
I found that encoder or motor drive have problem.

I toke out encoder from the correct robot (that robot was OK)
and put it in damaged robot.
Now, i dont have E1034 Error but now i have
(E1123) speed error j1

I toke encoder out again and put it in OK (correct) robot,
Unfortunatly i have E1123 in correct robot,too

what i have to do?

note: i did not change motor with encoder
i only changed encoder.
