I have an external axis setted to work synchronus with robot axis.
7-th axis is a rotary turntable used for workpiece milling.
I wish to know how could I increase the speed of this table?
From milling program I have a speed $VEL.CP=0.25 which means a feed rate of 15 m/min and normally in a linear milling motion robot moves pretty fast at this value, while I use 4 axis milling when tool stay almost fixed and workpiece rotates, the speed is not as fast as in linear motion.
Motor speed is 3750 rpm and gear ratio is 235:1 and that means I should have a maximum speed for table of 16 rpm.
But when run the program I merely have 2-3 rpm
How can I get 16 rpm while running a program in synchronus mode?
I used also variable $VEL_EXTAX[1]=100 (meaning 100%) but still not reach maximum rotating speed.
