I tried to connect the wago 750-333 as a slave I gave module 750-550 and Final 750-600 just to make a try. With network profibus This is my first adventure.
connection did not work out (receives communication error in module 4).Is it supposed to look like a network like the picture? Is buses Profibus network you have to fund voltage 24v? As in the case of the DeviceNet.Which card to choose how to master?
how to set the collision zone

1. your bus wiring is wrong and it will never work like that
2. your wago 750-333 need to be configured - assign MacId using dial switches and - remember it. this card can only works as slave so robot will be master.
3. your profibus card (in the controller) must be configured as master
4. your siemens software must have all GSD files integrated
5. you need to generate valid LDB file (your current hardware configuration is empty) that uses correct settings (such as MacID from step 2)
6. you need to load the LDB file onto controller
7. you need to enable Profibus driver in IOSYS
8. you need to map IO in IOSYS
9. you need to reconfigure IO or reboot controller -
You can show exactly how it should look wiring (Do I need a power supply bus as in the DeviceNet?) .
-
no bus power for ProfiBus. wiring was described many times including topic where you got that picture that you edited.
-
where are all those files .gsd ?
-
you need to get them from company that made particular device(s). normally each manufacturer posts those somewhere on their website. for Wago product (750xxxx) you need to talk to Wago or check their website, for PhoenixContact you go to ....

this guide :

Quote15) Copy to your module .gsd files C:\KRC\Roboter\init
file .gsd wago also have to send?
-
you don't have to but it may save time to next guy working on that robot
-
at section simatic pc station / cp profibus . They are already introduced .gsd .if you add the master of simatic pc station / cp profibus / cp5614.where the file is located .gsd (cp 5614)?
-
no... that is when you use "pure" Siemens. but you are not - you are connecting to Kuka version of the CPxxxx and you need Kuka GSD.
-
so .gsd CPxxxx must be in INT .It is necessary for the proper operation?
panic mode .gsd sent the file, and it is not zalerzene which model card I have?I found it on the disk.
how does the system know that the file xxxxx.gsd that's my name anywhere that is not given.only we give the name of the .ldb in PFBMS.INI -
Please describe for me more the panic mode, gsd file is necessary for the proper operation in /int?
I was a little getting lost in these instructions, if I have a master robot and wago 750-333 slave, what I have to put the file .gsd in /int?. I need to use the file wago? .gsd? or kuka master.gsd?
-
i am not sure i understand...
-
