Well as the screen says you need to press F1 to continue
Keypad on teach pendant will not work unless software loads drivers for it (this happens when KUKA software starts after windows)1) get external keyboard with old school PS1 connector
2) change battery on motherboard -> this is root cause of your problem most likely
3) once you have new battery and keyboard get inside BIOS setup and set time and date correctly -
1) https://www.robot-forum.com/robotforum/kuk…rum/read-first/
2) please resize those attachments
3) don't post duplicatesif i recall, KRC1 motherboards need keyboard with DIN connector (or PS2 with DIN adapter)

I have already change the CMOS battery even though I can not get any display on controller. please suggest me more deeply.
-
it is NOT ENOUGH to merely replace battery - when battery is dead, all your BIOS settings are scrambled...
to fix this you MUST connect keyboard, power up controller, go into BIOS, load KUKA DEFAULT settings, and chose SAVE AND EXIT. -
Thanks for the reply,
Actually i will change the battery and connected the key board and from key board press F1 than window is full hanging, and some time after again switch on the controller not display on KCP. Please write how can rectify this issues.
Note: You kind information some time kuka KCP displaying and some time not.
-
Did you do that?
Quotego into BIOS, load KUKA DEFAULT settings, and chose SAVE AND EXIT.
You should also set correct time and date in BIOS.

What ?
Try to use short sentences so the translator doesn't go crazyPRESS F2 not F1.
-
it is a language barrier, maybe this helps
-
there may as well be faulty hardware (pendant, kVGA, motherboard...)
-
it is a language barrier, maybe this helpsDamn it , my bad (to many mobos , to many bioses)
DEL press DEL not F1 not F2
-
Thanks for reply,
its means we need to change the motherboard ?
-
OK. Lets try it one more time. Before you start replacing components.
Do you press DEL key when robot starts?
Do you go to BIOS settings and load KUKA DEFAULTS?
Do you set correct tme and date?
Do you Save and Exit at the end? -

Please help us

according to Kuka webpage, best candidate in UAE would be:
please note, you have KRC1, this was discontinued long long ago... spare parts are scarce and questionable.

Hello all!
I have a similar problem us our collegue above.
I switch on the kuka controller and I get the same message in the pendant (mobile panel). I understand (after reading the screen ;)) that I must press DEL button. So I connect a keyboard to the controller (is this correct? not to the PS2 in the mobile panel) but DEL button is not working.
I should connect the keyboard to the panel or in the controller?
Kind regards/mfg/eskerrik asko
