Anyone know of a way to clear the user screen of old messages that have been executed.. Or how to not keep the screen displayed after a program finishes..
Clearing the User screen after a program executes the message command.

I have a little program that sends several blank messages to the screen. It will clears it out but keeps the user screen displayed. Code looks like this:
-
There's a variable (I'll have to look it up... again) that forces switching to the user screen whenever a message is sent. Sometimes it's useful to turn it off, like when you're trying to watch I/O.
-
I want the message to display automatically but not to stay on the pendant, as it could confuse someone if it is still there while running another program.
-
I have always wanted a way to leave the message screen after a message is no longer valid or necessary. I know how to clear out the screen so no messages are still shown. I would like it if I could be on say the Robot Inputs screen and then whenever a message is sent it goes to the message screen, but I would like a way to end/clear that message and then return to the RI page(or whatever screen you were previously on) instead of just sitting on the message screen.

There is a menu utility option you can get that allows you to make dialogue boxes pop up.
