Can't get program to execute a weave weld. Have already set the function In the utility header. Specific Input signal number 4047 INHB WEAVING is not solid. Have newer model robots and Controls that have no problem with weave weld function. What setting or procedures do I need to do to make this work. Thanks!

You should be using the WVON, WVOF commands (under INFORM LIST, DEVICE) to weave. Set the amplitude, frequency and angle in the weave file.
Usually put
ARCON ASF#XXX
WVON WEV#XXX
MOVL V=100
WVOF
ARCOF AEF#XXXHope this helps!

Thanks for the response. The robot won't weave whend I'm wanting it to lol. We have a postioner that's run on a timer (not a motoman one) It will weave to and from the part but putting the weave profile after the arch on one it does nothing. Not sure how to make it work. We only use one robot point on this machine for weld path unlike the other motoman we have uses a motoman postioner and weave option works great.

You need an option called pause weaving. This allows the robot path to be one spot and weave while a positioner moves the part. Unfortunately this only works with coordinated motion so you would need to replace the non-Motoman positioner with one from Motoman that works with the XRC controller.
