Check that the tool file you are running has the Payload set. Motoman defaults to max payload if the tool file is set to zero and will slow it down a lot.

everything is fine, in auto/play mode it moves at 100% speed.
my problem is when i turn the key to teach mode it moves at about 20% max speed, i know this is a safty mesurement but i whould like to speed it up a bit, say 80% or 100% -
Where are you located? Depending on your country, your robot regulations will be different regarding maximum speed in teach. CSA Z434-14 is the regulation we use in Canada and it caps speeds in teach at 16% or 250mm/s. If you are in the USA, check the ANSI/RIA 15.06 regulation.

Europe,
so is it possible to increase? -
Sorry, but as far as I know from reading and reading regulations it is a big NO
That is true at least for 10 different robots makers (asian and european) that I dealt with
I know your pain, I was working with a big palletizer and jogging Axis 1 180 degrees was depressing, but , hey, that's the law -

thanx for the replys thou
