I am trying to remove an external servo ( table ) from an xrc2001 controller, I initialized the job files already. Where do I remove the extra servo? Thanks.

Hi , if you look in the "XRC Instructions " manual for the controller , ( note there is also an "instructions " manual for the arm ) you will see ( section 4 ) how to modify XRC to add I/O and other boards, also additional base & station axis.
You should be able to work out what you will need to re- Initalize it back , as far as removing hardware , there is only so much you can explain here. -

Just did that on a 165 with a 2001 controller had to also reboot the parameters as well to get things going.

I too have to basically make a spot welding robot into a material handling robot. the problem is that they have already removed the extra servo, cut the wireing, and removed the amp for the welder. now every time I go into the system it faults out with P.P alarm 20. from what I gather the pendant and everything is good, its just looking for a module that isn't installed anymore.
I went in and removed the weld gun in the control group, but all the spot welding menu items are still there. and the system still faults out with the p.p alarm 20 when I go under system settings.
