KSS26158 error at KRC4

    Hi guys,

    We have robot KUKA KR360 with linear stage KL1500. Robot controller is KRC4.

    Recently we meet the following error: KSS26158 Common brake error (Servo) (E1), Originator: Drive.
    I can find any information for this error.

    Does someone had same or similar issue before? Any information is welcome.

    check brake circuit connections, make sure that no contact is burned, bent, loose, pushed out etc. usually this resolves problem. in some cases new drive/motor may be needed as well.

    Thanks for fast response.

    We checked brake connection and seems to be all ok. Is it possible somehow to temporary disable this monitoring?

    check the motor cable and check also drive configuration in workvisual..are the cables connected right in drive confıg
