Hello
I have an LR mate 200iC R-30iA controller. I also have a Sony XC-56 camera with a round 12pin cable.
Is there a direct port to this camera in the controller (if yes, where ) or I need an adapter.
Thanks

For R-30 iB,controller , you can direct connect your camera to JRL-7 port on main panel.
-
The cable to connect from JRL7 to the Camera should have a round connector on the camera end and a "D" shaped connector on the controller end. There is also a cable that is round on both ends which is meant to pass through the camera connection on the shoulder of some robots, not sure about LR mate.

You need Fanuc cable $$$ with 12 pins on a side and Honda connector on the other

Any idea where I can find it.
Thanx -
Yes, contact your closest Fanuc integrator and they will sell you the cable. Where did you buy the robot from?
-
I bought the robot from ebay.
Thanks -
I want to make this cable... Anyone have any specs?

This should be the part number for the cable. -
FYI,
a Sony XC-56 analog camera and JRL6-2006-T335#L8R003 cable we got for a LR Mate 200iC, R-30iB Mate controller worked on a LR Mate 200iD, R-30iB Mate controller just fine (JRL7 connector on Main board). One would need a Honda Connector PCR-E20FS+ (female connector) to go on one end of a Hirose 12-pin cable.

R30iA and R30iB are thrown around rather indiscriminately in this thread. Can someone confirm that this Pin Out JPG works for both of these controllers?
R30iA plugged into JRL6
R30iB plugged into JRL7Thanks much to all replies, and especially the PinOut drawing provider Jaycephus.

According to secret documentation to which only a select few have access (the manuals), R30iA has a JRL6 main-board connector, or a controller 'may' have the optional multiplexer board that splits JRL6 out to JRL6A, -B, -C, and -D.
The documented pinout is similar, with possibly nomenclature-only changes OR at least the difference being for the use as a camera-to-multiplexer board cable. Directly connected to JRL7 on a newer system will probably work. My JRL6 cable does, directly connected. Not using the multiplexer board (though I do have one for sale).
Small screen-grab included, showing JRL6 R30iA pinout.
