I am having trouble getting my profinet connection between the Robot and Gripper. Below are the details:
Controller Type: KUKA KR C4 compact
KRC version: V8.3.14
Package istalled: Profinet KRC-Nexxt V3.2.0
SafeOperation V3.2.0
Gripper : Wisse 32
I control the safety inputs to the robot from a Seimens safety PLC(Master for Safety). I add the gripper device file under the PROFINET branch in the workVisual give the right IP & subnet settings and deploy the project, every thing works fine.
Now I make a few IO mapping from the gripper to the Robot IO.(I want to use the Robot in this case as master and gripper as device). After deploy I restart and I get error message to change the Timeout settings of the Profinet controller. I change them and deploy again, then I get an boot fail of PRofinet and PNIO-DEV configuration error.
I have attached a screenshot and the project for more information.
I have not added the gripper on the Seimens project as the master for gripper will be the robot.What should I do correct to get it running.
