Get AMC done of your machine
-
Use Profinet with X11 Safety or Profinet with Profisafe...
-
Get its Maintenance done, spares etc. KSS upgrade. = Temporary Solution.
Permanent Solution = Switch to KRC2ed05 [new/used] or KRC4. -
It can be KSS bug or some corruption in your KSS.
Try to reinstall KSS or complete image of last running system.
Or Upgrade to new KSS etc. -
-
In KRC1 most Technology Packages are available in D Drive, setup should be present.
-
You can purchase the same from Harting, I think they use from Harting. Connector, Pins, Inserts etc.

@Joan Murt-
Nobody is perfect.
Topics like these you need to keep trying. No point in blaming KUKA or forum colleagues. -
Check your Filter 0, 1 settings under network configuration on KRC4_Compact.
Device Names in WOV project should be also same on both side. Controller & Device. -
There's a shortcut in smartpad to switch over to Windows mode, then you can copy/paste files to/from from cabinet to USB.
But the shortcut is not officially supported/documented by KUKA. -
Check KPS-27V or PC Unit SMPS.
-
Try to use/reload a fresh image & see, if SMARTPAD boots up.
Else
Send it to KUKA for repairs. -
1) The ext 24V is just an option for user to use internal 24V or external depending on field safety architecture & safety standards.
2) When controller is off there will be no feedback from contacts, so typically you will get E-stop from Local E-stop of Cabinet since controller is off.
3) You can try giving ext 24V[within the limited current range] to Local E-Stop of Robot to ensure what you are trying to.

Use KUKA.CNC Sinumerik

The scope of supply of KUKA.OPC Server includes the source code for various
example clients, as well as for the Softing OPC Toolbox Demo Client.
The source code of the example clients is located in the Tool.zip archive
under Tools on the CD-ROM. The source code can be used as a template
to create your own OPC clients:
C# client (MS Visual C#)
C++ client (MS Visual C++)
VB client (MS Visual Basic)
The Softing Demo Client is located in the folder Tools\Demo-Client. The
Demo Client can be used to test the communication with the OPC Server.
The following specifications are supported:
Data Access V1.0, V2.0 and V3.0 (DA)
XML Data Access V1.0 (XML DA) -
Check TCP & Load Data.
It's possible. -
Use EL 6695 from Beckhoff then you get FSoE [Fail Safe Over EtherCAT] which is same as Profisafe.
-
1) Check your load data, supplementary load data.
2) Check your programs, try to see if problem occurs at a specific point etc. Reteach points or modify the program.
3) Check for A6 KSD connections.
