" Max.temperature of servo exceeded (7) "
" Max.temperature of supply exceeded (1) "
When we get the errors, we have to reboot the controller
What is the reason for this error?

you need to provide more info such as:
- controller type,
- KSS version and
- message number.i am guessing that this is a recent version of KRC4, message number 26021.
in this case you may need firmware upgrade. to be sure run KrcDiag and send it to Kuka -

Hello everyone, We changed the encoder cable which connected to the X31, no error like this up to now
-
Quoteexcuse me friend just changing the encoder cable and the problem was eliminated? is a question, I have 2 computers that have gone through this problem but at least in the krc4 manuals the error does not appear.
could you send me an image of the cable that you changed to make it

This board is English only so please make sure to use English. Google Translate can help. if you prefer to only use Spanish, your posts need to be posted in the Spanish section of the forum.
also read pinned topic: READ FIRST...
you need to always state details of your problem (controller type, KSS version, messages with message numbers)
making posts without details is not useful. in fact it is no different than spamming.
mentioning only interface label like "X31" is completely meaningless if not stated what product (and version) it belongs to because there may be more than on "X31" in the same system. "X31" could be data interface at the base of the robot, it could be iKSB interface on CCU etc.
it could also be a result of typo (really meant X32, X311 , X312 etc).
unplugging encoder cable from RDC produces several messages. same happens when cable is damaged.
similar thing happens if good encoder cable is connected to a wrong place.
i cannot think of single "X31" interface that would accept encoder cable.
so i would suggest to try to state your case more clearly and make sure to post in correct language.

max temperature exceeded could be many things
for MOTOR it usually means encoder is not connected (or wiring is wrong)
for DRIVE or SUPPLY it usually means blown stage in which case mentioned component will likely need to be replaced.
in case of KRC4, drives are KSP and supplies are KPP though it is possible to have KPP that includes both supply and drive(s).
and usually means ... not always. one need to check and consider all clues including other messages. sure if you have hardware to exchange, that is an easy test but it could also mean that new device could get destroyed if root of the problem is not identified and removed.
well, i did once smoke a brand new KPP because i proceeded to replace KPP based just on report from colleague and assuming most common scenario indicated by message... without being diligent and double checking everything myself...
it turned out he managed to connect motor cable incorrectly (not matching key) and there was a short. guess how it felt to watch the smoke...
on a plus side, never made such mistake again...
