i've contact that open when torch goes in collision in that case the robot stop in automatic mode and t1

So, is this a shock sensor, or a contact sensor? Does it detect impacts, or the flex of a compliant coupling in the torch mount? How is it connected to the robot? Does it include a hardware override or bypass switch? What I/O config are you using? What KSS version? What welding software TP (if any)? And what, EXACTLY, do you want to "manage"?

i've krc4
the sensor is shock sensor not contact sensor
I think connect this sensor by digital input
version software v8.3.17
welding software 1.3.2
when detected impact
stop robot and also stop welding -
Wire the shock sensor cable to digital input which has been mapped to specified krc input.
Configure ArcTech I/O and collision detect input number. Reverse default status to TRUE if needed under expert I/O setup.
Enable collision detection under ArcTech global settings. -
