What do you mean with "test" ?
Hi Fabian,
I would to know if the calculated point is accessible with no error before starting a move instruction. E.g, on ABB system that I better know, in rapid langage, there is an instruction called "CalcJointT". With this one, an error management can be used to control if the tested target by "CalcJointT" is accessible.
My question is that i would to know if I can do the same kind of "test" with inform list. Yesterday, I have seen on another website, that I can add an argument "CHK" in a move instruction. This seems to execute the move instruction but wihtout moving the robot. But I had not succeed to get more information and I did not found more either in inform list documentation.
Maybe someone had already heard about of that??
Thanks ahead.
Hi
No I dont know about that.
I'm going to check Motoman manuals
Update (10 minutes later)
I just opened few pdfs. Inform manual, Option instructions, etc and I did a search for CHK, nothing was found
I opened my Motosim and I could find anything either
Turn on MACHINE LOCK. The program will run. if there are errors in your code you will get alarms but the robot does not move.
(Play, utility, setup special run).
WELCOME BACK !!!!! Robodoc
also if the point is standard and not a variable you can see a /MOV OV that indicates that this position is not possible. this happens whenyou make for example a shift in the program
