You can still use the UOP signals. Set the IMSTP to Rack 35 Slot 1 Start 1 for an "always ON" setting. (and any others that need to be ON, like HOLD, etc.) You can then use the Reset input for remote reset. Be aware that some faults have to be reset at the pendant.

Yes, locally...the customer wants local start cycle but remote reset fault -
