Hi,
Thank you. We've done it before, but gave the robot error . krc2 robot could be made from axis Configration but this option can not be displayed in krc1 robot. Is there another option?
What error does the robot display when you set $EX_AX_NUM to 0? Text and Error Code both.
Hi! I have the same problem and I put $EX_AX_NUM=0 in $machine.dat but when I reset I don´t have anythng Error Code. I realized this for correct the error 223 POWER MODULE E1 NOT OR WRONGLY PLUGGED.

If you have no error code, what is the issue?
The issue is that I have the error 223 POWER MODULE E1 NOT OR WRONGLY PLUGGED and I don't have external axes and I don't know how to correct it. I disconnected the PM0-600 board that is the power supply for external axes
Please, help me!
I read the Machine data file for KRC1 I am thinking put all Xchannels[7]=0 in $machine.dat. Do you think that will help me?
I don't have the CD for see the $machine.dat file.
What happens if you re-connect the PM module for the external axis? Setting $EX_AX_NUM to 0 should allow the robot to "ignore" the fact that you don't have an external axis connected, while the hardware would hopefully still be satisfied.
Thanks you for your help.
We had to modify the MADA but we only had a Machine Data pdf for KRC2 controller and had to seek ones for KRC1 controller (it was a little difficult). The robot is working.
Sorry for the inconvenience I caused
