Good Morning every body,
In order to give so more informations to the customer on the Plc's HMI, I would like to return a REAL value by the digital interface as with the INT value (e.g GLOBAL SIGNAL S_Echo_CodeCycle $OUT[133] TO $OUT[140] and after I can write S_Echo_CodeCycle=xxx).
How can I do ? If I write the 32 bits, bit to bit, and that after I read them as a Real value in my PLC, will it work ? (I will be in front of the plc tomorrow, I do not have it today with me).
My doubt is about I trust that real value are structured with floating point and decimal part, exposant, and so on... But If I work directly bit to bit, I think I will not have to convert anything. Am I wrong ?
Thanks ahead.
