Having the exact same problem as this post: https://www.robot-forum.com/robotforum/kuk…69556/#msg69556
I went through it and all suggestions made except:
That MADA looks okay. Probably the next thing to do is pull out the wiring diagram, and start tracing the CC1 Operator-Safety lines back to the FE207 board. Get eyes on the correct relays and determine if they are changing state properly.
So CC1 is definitely wired correctly and $machine.dat safety gate is 1025. I really need to get this moving in auto mode and would appreciate any help you can offer.
Robot works fine in T1, can jog and run programs. Switch to Auto and I get an error message about not being able to leave $GM_WO_PLC variable set to true in auto mode, so I turn it off. Try to run in auto again and when I hit the "On" button it never goes green and I get a notification(not really an error) that "Operator safety gate open" which I don't see in T1. (Thinking maybe this message isn't exactly my problem as I assumed it would cause an error if the safety gate was open but I'm not sure.)
Now, on the motherboard when I hit "On" I can see one relay (6K1) energize and that's it. A contact I've been working with at another facility said I'm past what they know but when I hit On it should energize multiple relays the same way the deadman switch does.
If I'm assuming there are possibly bad relays on the board, does anyone know which ones to check for this issue? Or am I in the wrong path of troubleshooting?
I have no training in robotics and got to this point using some basic manuals I found online, but I did try and exhaust resources before I asked any questions. Any help is greatly appreciated.
