Because my customer has a meccanica problem on ax5 But tiltbelt are ok so He wants change all

why not call kuka service? they will have training, tools and experience needed to complete job correctly.

how did you ensure belts are correctly tensioned?

after one week, robot working three shift, I think belts is ok

That is not a sufficient indicator. The robot will run well for some time with improperly tensioned belts, but the wrist will experience wear and possibly damage at an accelerated rate. At best, the belts will wear out before they should. Worst case, the bearings and drive shafts in the wrist could begin to wear excessively. The tolerance band for the proper tension of the belts is rather narrow.
