Good morning Forum friends. I have a short question, is possible to transfer job data to from an oldie good MRC to a new DX100 controller? (Load From MRC TO DX). I have not done it yet, I am just trying to save some time by consulting 1st than trying to do it. Any steps, problems, impossible, thanks for the input.

Short answer No.
Long answer, if you have Motosim and know who to use it yes, but it will take some time. With Motosim you make a new cell with the MRC robot and load a copy of your jobs into the folder in Motosim. Open your MRC Motosim cell and add the new DX robot. Open the pendant app in Motosim, choose the MRC robot, open the first job in MRC and click on the first position in the MRC job. The MRC robot wil move to this position, choose the DX robot and "Snap" the DX TCP to the MRC TCP and record this position. Do this for every step in your MRC programs and you will end up with DX copies of the jobs. This will make all the positions come you, you will have to go back and add any non motion (I/O, Math and Tool commands..)
Note, Watch the DX robot model to make sure none of the arms turn red. This indicates it is going out of it's limits, or the R/B/T has flipped)

Alfamoto,
You can use the relative JOB.
Create one UF at the original MRC Job and the same UF in the DX job, translate the original job to relative and transfer to DX controler. -
Robodoc, thanks for your reply. It will be nice if I had motosim, but I am not there yet, $$$.
And for Rafael, I will go with your direction since, I only have robots, not softwares to make the job transfer. I will post had it will go. Thanks to both of you.
