what does word OVERLOAD mean to you? reduce load...
and based on plethora of other info you provided, I offer following solution:
seriously though, you need to post more info such as robot motel, load data for the robot, etc.

It's KUKA robot, smaller one with maximum load of 6kg but that is not the problem. Robot was working for about six months this certain job an all of a sudden he stops showing this error. Also when I turn the robot off and then move him in every joint up and down or left and right he does the movement on every joint but on this (the fifth one) he doesnt. I think it is a mechanical problem and I am looking for help to find the solution for this. Thanks

check power cable of A5 motor

It's not the cable

your message says NOTHING about YOUR application, only that robot is KR6 which can handle up to 6kg. what is actual load attached to the robot? (there is a big difference between 2kg or 20kg). also what are robot load settings (Start-up>Calibrate>Tool>Tool load settings)? did you check brake and brake circuit?

The problem was in the motor of the A5 axis, he was broken and I change it with new one. Now I need to calibrate the A5 and A6 axis. I'm having problems with this now i've done the pre-mastering positioning and choose to master A5 and after movement the error occurs "Software limit A5" and then the A5 axis is mastered. After that I try to master A6 (I dont have the mastering plate) but it also shows me an error after movement but this error is saying "EMT mastering distance exceeded". Can anyone help me? Thanks

KR6 is dial mastered for axis 4,5,6 so you to select dial master not EMT !

I think his KR6 is Agilus... Agilus does not have mastering cartridge for A6 on the arm (there is optional mastering plate with mastering cartridge just for A6) so one can dial master A6 or ... use mastering plate.
something in description by samirk is still incomplete - when motor is replaced axis need to be mastered and since it is wrist axis, higher axes need to be mastered too (in this case A6). so far so good but - when axis is not mastered, there are no soft limits. he may have already mastered it somehow (it remains to be seen if that was correct). to master axis it has to be either unmastered or one must use Check Mastering.
