Hi All
we have a KR 16 KRC2 robot floor mounted.
from yesterday we are facing a small problem that after the robot is running a program approximately after 5 min the drives get switched off and the message
" 200 intermediate circuit loaded: drives contact off" . After that the drive come again after a couple of minutes.
we tried reloading the software and checked all the connections but the probem still persist. can you please help us on this

DRIVES CONTACTOR OFF, INTERMEDIATE CIRCUIT LOADED !!!i have two question:
1- what and where is intermediate circuit???
2- could be this message because of ballast resistors?? or there is other causes -

About this warning 200 "Drives contactor off" causes for this can be various. Starting from good connection to encoders on axis, connection between RDW and DSE card. Is MFC card working correct ? You don't explain is this problem on KRC1 or 2 cabinet appeared. Have You checked actual Axis position on KCP ? Maybe there You have "frozen" values fox axis or error in connection RDW <> DSE.
