Please show images of the actual cuts. How far off are they from nominal? Also describe robot path during cuts. Robots have more backlash than CNC machines, so even a perfect setup can create "circles" that look more like ellipses, simply due to the nature of robot drivetrain backlash.
Well, having never worked with SprutCAM or CAMROB, I can only guess. It might be that CAMROB is more accurately tuned to the robot's particular weaknesses, since they are both KUKA products. However, I know that other people on the forum have had good results using SprutCAM, so I can only assume that there is some way of tuning it in properly. Best suggestion I can make at this point is to trawl the forum archives for mentions of SprutCAM and see what more experienced users have said.
There is a major difference between precision and accuracy. For industrial robots, "precision" is more a matter of "repeatability." A stock (pre-Quantec) KUKAbot, with no additiona tuning, can easily achieve 0.15mm repeatability, but actual volumetric accuracy can easily be 10x that.
Also, since robots have inherently larger backlash issues than CNC-style machines, any CNC-style program requires additional tuning to null out the robot's inherent accuracy issues.
When KUKA moves along SMALL circle and HIGH speed it's often not good. Try to create program using only lines(look at picture) and to add: $APO.CDIS=0.5

I had the EXACT same problem last winter! Give me 24 hours and I can post some screenshots when I'm at my shop tomorrow, I am also using SprutCAM, now very successfully! 
It turned out I wasn't doing all the required calibration steps at the cabinet, and I got the exact same thing that you are talking about, ellipses instead of circles and rectangles instead of squares. You have calibrated your "base", right? Sounds like you haven't calibrated your "tool."
Anyone else back me up on that? Like I said, I'll get some screenshots up by this time tomorrow.

I am using Sprutcam everyday for cutting flat sheets and there's no problem with arcs, small circles and so on.
What speed you using to cut these circles?
Is your robot mastered properly?
