so E1 is not in position. are you trying to run it assunchronously? what is the setting for in position value?
I set "0" value for e1. Because how fast the robot moves, e1 set its own roll speed to keep up with the robot's speed according to roller's diameter.
what value is that? can you be more specific?
you cannot have zero for "in position" value. it must be something greater than zero, such as 0.1 deg or 0.5 mm if linear.
if you are mentioning $async_axis, then zero value for E1 will make is synchronous and that means it will move with the robot.
When it is needed to move E1 separately from A1-A6, then before move insert $ASYNC_AXIS=1 or $ASYNC_AXIS='B000001'.
If i dont set "0" then robot moves slowly. I dont know why but exactly like this. I had a cycle time problem, i tried something and found this way(set "0" value) robot accelerated! So, we are using kuka's commands (hemming start, hemming stop, roller on, roller off, hemming init) i mean i dont set $async_axis, everything is in library_hoq. Would you mind if i ask your e-mail? So i can send backup.

I dont want move E1 separately from A1-A6. All they have to move synchronously. When E1 value is diffrent from '0' , whichever value i set it doesnt matter , it makes slow the robot. So i have to make all E1 of linear points '0'
