I have just read docement for mrc sk6 then known With S-axis working range is +/- 270˚C. I have a robot motoman sk6 mounted on the wall.Why S-axis working range is +/-90˚C? Please help me!! Thanks

If you are getting pulse limit errors you can change the + and - pulse soft limits in S1C parameters. There are separate parameters for + and -. They are in pulse counts, not degrees. This is in the User Functions manual. Be sure to not set these limits where the robot can hit something. You might want to experiment with small amounts until you get where you think you need to be.

When a robot is wall mounted, the s-axis working range is severely restricted. If you modify this, then you risk damage to the motor / gear box.
Gravity does NOT have any effect on the s-axis when floor or ceiling mounted. When you wall mount, then gravity has an impact.
