I need some advice. I am using an i30B controller and Im trying to configure my I/O. Im connected to a Turck BL20-GW-EN-IP I/O module. I have given it an IP address and configured the scanner. But it keeps telling me its offline. The robot cant see the I/O. But I can ping it from the robot, and I can ping it from a pc. I have even tried a new ethernet cable from the robot to the module. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The scanner must be correctly configured for the connection size and the adapter input/output/configuration assembly instances.
This information must be provided by the adapter device manufacturer.

Do it well right away. It will become bad by itself.

All of the instances are correct according to the manufacturer.

Im curious if there is a bug in this new software. Its material handler pro V8.20. This robot is a copy of a previous cell that we made. Everything is identical except the software version.

Stupid question, but did you start the scanner?
Also, are you sure the Turck is acting as an adapter?
