In our robot we found the alarm, "Motor phase short circuit alarm" while running in cycle. When we jog in manual, initially motor starts, as the speed progress it gives the above same alarm. Since our robot is the washing robot, we suspect about the water particles entry in the robot. We thoroughly cleaned the water. Still alarm persist. Could any one help me how to resolve this issue? What must be cause of this issue? Ver urgent.

Ok Vijae, Good!
This place is to share experiences, when we received the notice what solved the problem, more people learn.
Your robot is a Foundry Prime, if you remove some parts you need caution because foundry Prime has special procedures to sealing.
-
Thanks for your valuable input. We have done the sealing during cable replacement. Is there any specific procedure for sealing? If there plz share with us...
-
To robots foundry prime have many procedures to do. If you look at maintenance schedule you can realize that the period is smaller than a standard robot for some things, however the inspection is more frequent, the environment is hard then we must have double attention.
The procedure to change cables that require special sealing and if you did, it's ok!
have procedure to do a leak-down test, to test the integrity of all enclosing... so on.
The main, don't let any surface without paint exposed to the aggressive working environment and don't let possiblity leak to inside.
have for example specifics products to use, like mercasol to rust preventive and Sikaflex to seal, this are important products!Send a PM if you need more information about foundry Prime, the manual is big to attach.
