You don't have a maintenance-manual for your robot?
From wich cable do you want the pinouts, there are a lot of robots with each a lot of cables...

I found the most detailed pin-outs for the applicable arm are in the Mechanical Unit PARTS manuals for connection cables and internal harness.

I'm looking for the cable pinouts for a s420f with RJ controler. I'm having problems with J2. I've changed the servo amplifier and the servo. The problem remains. (Servo-023). Mechanicaly everything seems OK.
Thanks!

I've managed to find some pin outs... I'm unable to read what wires are on connector J2P, pins E and F.
Anyone ?

If your talking SRVO-023 Stop error excess it is probably happening when the robot is waiting?
This error is an indicator that the brake is failing in the J2 motor (robot axis drifts when the brakes come on). This will happen during a wait because the robot is configured to turn off the servos and engage the brakes after 20 to 30 seconds without motion.
You can test this by jogging the robot so J2 is at an angle (45degrees to the floor), and while stretched out release the deadman.
If the J2 arm drops the brake is your problem, replace the motor....Doc

I'm unable to move J2. Wobbles when I move in J2 + and not at all in J2- . I've already replaced the motor. With the same outcome.
